How it works
01
Answer 6 questions.
Which tools you use, what people paste in, and who sees the output. One question per screen.
02
Read your result.
Your role (usually: a user, not a supplier), what to do this month, and what is not needed yet.
03
Put your tools in the AI register.
One list of your AI tools and the measures you take. Save or download it with a free account.
For teams that use AI, not build it
ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini in the office.
Email, text, and summaries. You are a user. You keep a paste rule and a short briefing, and you log them.
A chatbot on your website.
Customers talk to AI. You check that the chatbot clearly shows it is AI, and you add it to your register.
Internal AI tools.
A tool your team uses for planning, quotes, or support. You record what the tool does, who uses it, and when you review it.
Do you build or sell AI yourself? In the check, choose "We build, sell, or deeply adapt AI".
What you have after the check
- Your role, in plain language. User (deployer) or supplier, with the reason.
- What you do this month. Three concrete actions, such as a paste rule and one logged briefing.
- What is not needed yet. What does not apply on your answers, with the date if that changes later.
- An AI register. Your tools in one place, with a literacy measures log (Art. 4). That is a record of measures, not a certificate.
- Templates. A paste rule, a register list, and a log.
You are a user (deployer), not a supplier.
This month
- Add the chosen tools to the AI register.
- Write a paste rule: what people should not paste into the tool.
- Give one briefing and log it as an Art. 4 measure. Not a certificate.
Not yet
Prepare the heavier chain only if the output scores people, or if the system is meant for hiring, credit, or health. Not on these answers.
